Pensando nisso, o Conselho Regional de Contabilidade (CRC-PI) irá promover um curso sobre Contabilização e Prestação de Contas Eleitorais, no dia 12 de maio, a partir das 8h, no auditório do Conselho.
Na oportunidade, o contador Antônio Gomes das Neves irá abordar os aspectos legais que envolvem o tema, a constituição e legalização da pessoa jurídica e o patrimônio da candidatura, a arrecadação de recursos, os gastos da campanha e a prestação de contas junto ao Tribunal Regional Eleitoral.
Através do Sistema de Prestação de Contas Eleitorais, os candidatos da campanha 2012 deverão apresentar duas prestações de contas parciais, sendo que a primeira delas deverá ser entregue até o dia 06.08.2012 e a segunda até o dia 06.09.2012. Já a prestação de contas final, deverá ser apresentada até o dia 06.11.2012 ou 27.11.2012, para quem disputar o 2º turno.
Entre as novidades para a campanha eleitoral de 2012 estão: a necessidade de emissão de recibos eleitorais referentes às doações, sendo que candidatos a prefeito e seus vices deverão utilizar o mesmo recibo; a obrigatoriedade de abertura de conta de campanha pelos candidatos, comitês financeiros e partidos políticos; além da possibilidade de se manter uma reserva individual rotativa em dinheiro para despesas de pequeno valor.
